Sonia Maria Sotomayor (pronounced: ˈsoʊnjə ˌsoʊtoʊmaɪˈjɔr)[1] (born June 25, 1954) is an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. She is well-known for being the first Hispanic justice.
