If you are not using an account, you can add {{unblock|reason goes here}} to the bottom of your talk page, replacing reason goes here with why you think your block is not fair.

Please be aware that abuse of {{unblock}}, (using it in bad ways), using the unblock template too many times after administrators say no, personal attacks, or rudeness, will often lead to protection of that page to stop more abuse of the unblock template.

Innocent?

Sometimes large ranges (many IP addresses) are blocked from changing Wikiquote, for very bad vandalism. This means that lots of people can't edit even if they did nothing wrong.

Also, some individual dynamic IP addresses may be blocked, usually for 24 hours.
