wikipediacat

I've removed the wikipediacat field from the template. For starters, we don't need to link to both a category and an article on the SE Wikipedia; we link to whichever is the most relevant to the reader, which is usually the article (especially since there's rarely both for a single topic). The only two instances of using the field were Category:Heads of state and Category:Sports people, which we can just as easily use the "wikipedia" field for.

The reason that Commons and Wikinews have separate category fields is that they organize information very differently. A Commons "article" and a Commons category have very different information, and presented in different ways. Wikinews groups related topics into categories, versus needing the ability to link to an individual story.

If everyone feels that it should be readded, we'll need to include a wikipediacat-en field as well, to make sure we distinguish between Simple English and English wikilinks (again, not an issue for Commons and Wikinews; Commons is language-independent, and Wikinews is only in Simple English).
