You have been blocked from changing pages, or you have tried to change a page which you can't change.
$7 (your account, your IP address or a range of addresses (set of addresses with numbers close together)) was blocked by $1 for the the reason written under here: (see our blocking policy):
$2

Your IP address is $3, and your block is expected to finish: $6.

You are not blocked from reading pages, only from changing or creating them.
If you have just clicked a red link, you were blocked from creating a new page as no article on that topic exists yet.

If you think you were not blocked fairly, you can ask an administrator to look at your block and decide whether it should be removed. If you are logged in and using an account with a registered e-mail address, you can e-mail an active administrator. If you are logged in with an account but you do not have a registered e-mail address, please go to My preferences to set one.

If you are not using an account, you can add {{unblock|reason goes here}} to the bottom of your talk page, replacing reason goes here with why you think your block is not fair.

Please be aware that abuse of {{unblock}}, repeatedly using the unblock template when denied, personal attacks, or rudeness, will often lead to protection of that page to stop further abuse of the unblock template.

Innocent?

Sometimes large ranges are blocked from changing Wikipedia, for especially bad cases of vandalism. This means that lots of innocent people can't edit. At the moment this includes most Bell Canada addresses from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Also, some individual dynamic IP addresses may be blocked, usually for a 24 hour period.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
