An administrator is also called a sysop. Administrators can delete pages, protect pages, and block users. Administrators can also "rollback" (undo) changes to any page, but other users can also, by changing an old version of the page under its history. If you want to be an administrator, request it below. If you have a request for deletion, protection, or blocking, make it at the bottom of the page.

[change] Requests for administrator attention

I suspect that the following page may be a copyright violation and should therefore be deleted: "Image:Gandhi 1931.jpg" (Or, it may be an open-license picture inappropriately copied here rather than just a link used. I'm not sure which.) --Coppertwig 02:46, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

This has been taken care of by Archer7. Thanks. --Coppertwig 17:17, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

This page: W/index.php was a test by a new user and should be deleted. I've put a very brief welcome message on the user's talk page: --Coppertwig 02:46, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

This has also been taken care of by Archer7. Thanks. --Coppertwig 17:17, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

This page: %s probably shouldn't redirect to the main page. --65.25.148.59 10:08, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

Why not? It does on en.wikiquote and on en.wikipedia. On the history of the page at en.wikiquote, there is an explanation that it helps with Firefox keywords or something to that effect. Sounds reasonable to me! --Cromwellt|talk|contribs 23:23, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
I have no firefox, but I can open the main page. --Uswibèta 06:25, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
