Dr. Thomas Woodrow Wilson (December 28, 1856 – February 3, 1924) was the 45th Governor of New Jersey (1911-1913). He later became the 28th President of the United States (1913-1921). He was the second Democrat to serve two consecutive terms in the White House, after Andrew Jackson.
