Rollback

Hello Pmlinediter. I noticed that you gave GT5162 (talk • changes) rollback. While I have no issues with granting rollback to users who do not specifically request it, I find it interesting that you granted the rights to a user whom has not edited since May, and who indicated that they have retired. For the purpose of keeping the userrights log(s) clean, I think it would be best not to give retired or inactive users rollback. I look forward to hearing your thoughts. Please use the flood flag instead of the bot flag when you deliver the Wikiquote News. With the bot flag (which contains nominornewtalk), minor edits to user talk pages don't trigger the "You have new messages" prompt or notification emails, so some users might not notice it.
