No, I know the difference. MediaWiki is the software and coding for wikis, and the Wikimedia Foundation is what runs Wikiquote, Wikipedia, Wikibooks, and all other projects here. His wiki is MediaWiki, but not Wikimedia. Were this an adult site, or a commercial site, then yes. But another wiki? There is nothing wrong with it. A link to a homepage is usually fine as part of the information about a person. "Some people add information about themselves as well, possibly including contact information (email, instant messaging, etc), a photograph, their real name, their location, information about their areas of expertise and interest, likes and dislikes, homepages, and so forth." Hey, StaticChristian! Maybe it would be more fun if we work on a quote page together. How about if you choose a page that needs quotes translated into Simple English, and we work on it together? You could translate some quotes, and I could translate some. We could change each others' translations. To make it more fun, we could have some edit conflicts. I'm sorry that I asked you to choose a page and then I didn't want to work on it. How about if we copy one of these pages from English Wikiquote and work on it? (I got them by clicking "random page" and not keeping any that were too short, too long, or that I didn't like for other reasons.
